Извините, но считаю PHP неудобным и нечитабельным языком, могу сделать бота на Node JS с использованием библиотеки telegraf. Отлично разбираюсь в API Telegram, так что в прицнипе могу сделать и без сторонних библиотек, но это будет дольше. Не могу скинуть ссылку на своего бота(ссылки не разрешены), найдите его в Telegram - Zvono_bot.
