Написать функцию для WordPress - все категории делает по умолчанию

Есть сайт на вордпресс.
Создан произвольный тип записи и произвольная таксономия для него.
Задача: нужно чтобы при добавлении нового поста ему были сразу присвоены все категории. Т.е. все категории сразу отмечены. Вручную отметить все категории не вариант - категорий очень много.
Была написана функция (на основе этой статьи), но она работает только с обычными записями (post) и их категориями (category).
Для произвольного типа записи эта функция не отмечает все термы таксономии.
Функцию покажу исполнителю.
