The work is proposed to be built in two stages:
Step 1) We discuss how a server will be built, on which platforms or frameworks. We describe the process of exchange with watermates (data format, etc.)
Step 2) We enter (writing, installing on the server) the WebSocket server, we write the function to recognize the data obtained from the watermat, we record these data in the database. We describe the function that will send the data to the watermat. Special attention should be paid to safety.
