Суть что нужна панелька на пхп скорее всего. Куда руками будет записываться аксес токен фб аккаунта, id пикселя и с трекера fbclickid. После того как будем получать постбеком что наша заявка обработалась в партнерской программе, то будет отправлять запрос фб, что вот этот человек оставил заявку.
