В качестве канала для интеграции предполагается использованеие e-mail сообщений, где тема письма содержит команду, а тело письма параметры тикета (обращения) в определенном формате, где параметры разделены тегами (описание протокола во вложении).

Для разработки необходимо использовать https://sigma.zoho.com/
Вся сложность заключается в необходимости парсить тело письма и распихивать их по соответствующим полям в нашем ServiceDesk
Необходим сам парсер содержимого e-mail сообщений, логику перехода обращений по статусам можем реализовать самостоятельно.
