бд должна уметь:
1) селект, инсерт, делит и апдейт записей
2) crawling в реальном времени (не обязательно, но желательно)
3) возможен поиск публикации по полю исследований, имени автора, году публикации, месте публикации, названию, кейворду, типу статьи, организации или смежных статьях и получать отсортированный результат.
