    лимит - 1000 запросов в час - это если через ихнее апи, но с такой скоростью 200к будет парситься 9 часов

    и тут ещё важно как именно вы будете номер доставать, c html у меня, по крайней мере не получилось, можно делать скриншоты и потом тессерактом распозновать - но это увеличивает общее время не хило

    в html гипертекстовой разметке есть полный номер в тэге, его можно извлечь.
