Hello. I found myself in an unpleasant situation. In short, I live 20 kilometers from the nearest city or village. I have no way to go to the city. I am always busy with my disabled brother. He depends 100% on me; I cannot leave him for a minute. I have to be with him all the time. The idea of me going to work is out of the question, of course, due to the circumstances mentioned above. The war forced me and my brother to move to a small house located 20 kilometers from the nearest settlement, as the city where we lived was subjected to daily mass shelling, and my brother is not very mobile. I cannot take him to any basement. Naturally, there was no choice but to move to a dacha cooperative. We cannot go to another city because there is shooting in the cities, and I cannot drag my brother into a basement. So we have been living in the dacha cooperative for more than 2 years of war. We need money for food, coal, and firewood. My mom and dad send me money to my card. They have worked hard for this money all their lives. They also found themselves in a bad situation because of this war; they, like my brother and I, live in the Eastern war-torn part of Ukraine, but they have the opportunity to live at least in the city. So they send me money to the card, depending on my and my brother's needs. There are no stores nearby. I need to obtain food, but I cannot leave my brother for a minute. The only option left is to ask for help from people, who, like me, decided to move away from the war, where it is less risky. So I turn to them to deliver food from the city, of course, at my expense, and I also pay them for these good deeds. I transfer money to them on the card, just as my mom and dad transfer money to my card. Suddenly, a few days ago, the bank blocked my card due to a large number of monetary transactions (transfers, receipts). There is a very high traffic of funds in these 2 directions, both for expenses and for receipts. They require me to provide documentary evidence of the origin of these funds: proof of income and proof of expenses. What documents can there be from my mom and dad and from the people who help me in this very difficult time? So I contacted my bank's chat, and they replied that I could write 2 statements: the first, explaining where my income and expenses come from, and the second, stating that I swear I do not intend to engage in entrepreneurial activities. Regarding the origin of the money, I need to provide a written report of my income and expenses by hand for December, January, and February. Both statements must be written by hand exclusively in the Ukrainian language with a date and signature. I will provide you with my signature separately. You just need to be able to replicate it.

4) You must be able to compose any text correctly
5) You must be knowledgeable in banking matters, particularly regarding card blocking.
