Write a simple API program in Java Spring + simple UI

I am ready to consider a student for the implementation!

Program topic: API for managing a robot-waiter through cloud services

The program consists of the following parts:
- Database storing information about robots and administrators with a 1 administrator to multiple robots relationship
- CRUD operations for administrators and robots
- Generating an open and closed key for connecting to the API assigned to the administrator
- Sending commands to robots to turn on/off
- Receiving information from the robot about the current order
- Sending a new task to the robot
- Receiving feedback from the robot about the restaurant (left by visitors)

The UI is used to demonstrate connection to the API and interaction with it. It should send requests to the API and display the received responses using buttons. It should demonstrate interaction from both the administrator's and the robot's perspectives.

Тема программы: API для керування роботом-офіціантом через хмарні сервіси

Программа состоит из следующих частей:

- База данных с хранением информации про роботов и администраторов со связью 1 администратор к нескольким роботам

- CRUD операции для администраторов и роботов

- Создание открытого и закрытого ключа для подключения к API, закреплённого за администратором

- Отправка роботам команды включения/выключения

- Получение информации от робота о текущем заказе

- Отправка роботу новой задачи

- Получение от робота отзыва о ресторане(оставленного посетителями)

UI служит для демонстрации подключения к API и взаимодействия с ним. Должно при помощи кнопок отправлять запросы на API и демонстрировать полученные ответы

Должно демонстрировать взаимодействие как со стороны администратора, так и со стороны робота
