Наполнение форума по Франции

Форум ориентирован на русскоязычных жителей Франции(кто уже живёт или собирается переехать в страну), а также на туристов желающих посетить страну.
Надо оживить существующий форум. И наполнить его темами и ответами. Примерно создать на форуме 5-15 аккаунтов. В неделю создаём 2 темы и делаем 3 ответа(если понадобиться больше сообщу дополнительно) на уже существующие темы. И так на протяжении 3 месяцев, дальше посмотрим.
1. Оплата WM (WebMoney). за каждый прошедший месяц.
2. Возможна оплата частями за части выполненной работы.
3. Оплата 4 рубля за любой пост на форуме до 250 символов(задать вопрос или дать ответ на вопрос) и 5 рублей за любой пост от 300 символов.
Пока в неделю надо 5 постов делать.
