Дополнить нужно квартирами к этому ЖК.
Чем наполнять: фото ЖК (уже есть в админке), планировка квартиры, этаж/этажность, улица, дом, общая/жилая/кухня, цена. Планировки на сайте застройщика, там же цены на квартиры. Нужно по одной планировке, одинаковую планировку на всех этажах не нужно размещать.
Скачать планировки и выложить на сайт.
Описание объекта.
Наполнять квартирами надо ЖК, которые уже есть на сайте.
Застройщиков искать не нужно.

Зайдите на сайты застройщиков, например, - http://www.yasnybereg.ru, http://gk-strizhi.ru, http://www.sastroy.com - посмотрите количество планировок, по очередям, срокам сдачи.

Вношу корректировку: т.к судя во вопросам и предложениям - мною не корректно поставлена задача.
Нужно заполнить все о ЖК- сначала инфу о ЖК с сайта застройщика,потом к нему квартиры, которые есть на сайте. Если одна планировка повторяется на всех этажах, то достаточно 2-3, а не все планировки на 26-ти этажах указывать.
