Нарисовать GUI на Python
Нужно сделать окошко с заполняемыми полями, и с кнопками. Эскиз окошка в приложении.
Нужно сделать так, чтобы надписи в окошке пользователь мог поменять на свои, отредактировав файл "со словариком".
Нужно сделать так, чтобы набранные в полях параметры пользователь мог сохранить в файл и загрузить из файла обратно.
При нажатии одной из трех кнопок, на COM-порт отправляется сигнал, что кнопка нажата "1", "2" или "3", в зависимости от того, какой чекбокс выбран.
