1. to deploy a clean Laravel 9 on the host (hosting will provide)
Install and set up a PHP library that will allow you to run and control headless browser (Symfony Panther, Laravel Dusk, PhantomJS or any other)
3. must take this matter to the http controller (you don't need to describe the logic, it will be enough some method that the client starts, sends a query to some urlu and removes the received answer)
4. briefly explain what and how it was done, especially some nuances of the setting of the server itself

If you need headless I would use the nod, with it I have more experience on such tasks. I can also on laravel dusk, but I didn’t like it a bit in the work and I refused it in the end.
In fact, it will be better if you tell the final task, and then I will propose a more suitable solution.
