Тут вы пишете, что "1 час в понедельник и 1 час в четверг еженедельно" это 2 часа в неделю получается работать нужно?
А ниже вы пишете зарплатную формулу "Оплата Исполнителю планируется с учетом 9 сессий по 1 часу в месяц = 1800 грн в месяц, из расчета 200 грн в 1 час. С учетом 172 часа в месяц = это эквивалент месячной зарплаты 35000 грн"
Что это за сессии? Так сколько по времени нужно работать спецу 9 часов или 172 часа? Если брать из расчета 200 грн в час то 172 часа это 34,4к. Тогда не понятно почему вы пишете 9 сессий по 1 часу=1800 грн в месяц?Я правильно понял, работать нужно 8 часов в день, х 21 рабочий день через тимвьюер и обучать вас?
Одного не пойму зачем еще обучать и заключать договор на года если вы и сами после +- месяца такого интенсива смело сможете оптимизировать свои кампании?

по принципу что успеваем сделать так и есть.
если устраивает - можем начать. после первого раза, если все пройдет ОК, можем подписать годовой Договор по тому же принципу работы.
