А IPMI адрес в сети получает? можете посмотреть на DHCP? -
Bios не выводит. Не знаю как это посмотреть. Но куллеры все работают и периодически каждую секунду мигает LEDM

В конфиге не видно видеокарту. А если это какой-то зеон, то там не будет встроенного графического ядра

Через видеокарту пробовали выводить не получилось ничего. Нужно зайти через IPMI я так понимаю, и прочитать из-за чего оно не запускается и не выводит изображение.

Посмотреть mac на корпусе и поискать похожий на DHCP

Я бы посоветовал:
1. Убедится что монитор и его шнуры точно рабочие - воткнуть в другой комп
2. Сбросил BIOS перемычкой и батарейкой
2. Оставил бы 1 проц и один модуль памяти возле него, если не заработает, поменял бы проц и модуль памяти на другие, и если тогда не покажет BIOS, то либо не поддерживаются проц или память, или дохлая плата. -
Пробовал, изображения все равно нет. Думаю проблема в биосе нужно активировать VGA. Но в Биос не зайти из-за изображения. Поэтому нужно использовать IPMI
