1. Buy a ready-made solution from Microsoft or Google
2. Set up your own mail server with an address book, anti-spam, antivirus
The first option - you buy it and everything works out of the box - that's a plus. The downside is that if you have more than 10 mailboxes and a large volume of emails, there will be a high monthly bill.
The second option - emails will not be delivered immediately to Microsoft or Google due to the peculiarities of how mail servers operate; this may take approximately up to a week or 3 weeks in the most severe situations. The advantages are that you will have no restrictions on the number of sent and stored emails, and up to reasonable limits, the price for maintaining your mail server will not change based on the number of mailboxes.
