Set up ComfyUI on a Mac with an M4 processor so that the program reliably and accurately extracts the pose of the model with a skeleton from a photo via ControlNet, without errors during generation (without mixed body parts, model direction, etc.).
What needs to be done:
1. Check my current ComfyUI installation and identify compatibility issues.
2. Select and install a working set of models and nodes (ControlNet, OpenPose, DWPose, etc.) compatible with macOS M4.
3. Set up a workflow that:
• extracts the pose of the model (with a skeleton);
• correctly passes it for image generation.
4. Ensure a precise 1:1 match of the pose even on low-quality photos and with non-standard poses.
5. Prepare a brief guide for reinstallation and usage.
Requirements:
• Compatibility with Apple Silicon (MPS / Metal)
• No conflicts of nodes and dependencies
• Result: fully functional ComfyUI workflow + instructions
The result should:
• reliably extract the pose with a skeleton,
• prevent distortions of the pose during generation with non-standard poses,
• work on Mac M4 without errors.
