Так всё таки что нужно то: Скрипт или Последовательность АТ команд ?
SIM700 у меня в наличии нет, есть только SIM800 и SIMM900, не думаю что там кардинально отличаются AT команды.

У SIM800/900 нет GPS, у самого есть SIM7600E и SIM7100Е, команды схожи с 800/900, а вот у SIM7000E совсем другие команды. Только что сравнил.
