Problem: incorrect display of conversion count in Google Ads (data does not match actual data in EIS Table / Salesforce).
What I will do:
1. Conduct an audit of the current Google Ads → Salesforce integration, identify and fix tracking gaps, set up correct data transfer about conversions, including offline conversions.
2. Configure the transfer and storage of UTM tags in CRM to track each application/sale by specific advertising campaign, ad, and keyword.
3. Check Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Google Tag Manager settings, synchronize the conversion counting logic between the ad account and CRM.
Result: conversions in Google Ads and Salesforce match in quantity and sources, detailed ROI analytics by UTM tags and advertising campaigns are available.
