Setting up WordPress + WooCommerce cart, InPost module, and Autopay online payment

Looking for a specialist with experience in professional setup of WordPress + WooCommerce, as well as integration and verification of the correct operation of the modules InPost (delivery Poland) and Autopay (online payment). Diagnostics and troubleshooting of errors in the cart are required, checking API connections, correctness of displaying InPost points, order statuses, Autopay payment operation, and restoring the sending of email notifications about new orders. I will consider a candidate who has already worked with these modules and understands the specifics of Polish delivery and payment services.

• Problem: order notifications have stopped coming to email; a comprehensive check of the cart, delivery, and payment is required.

2. Specialist Tasks

2.1. Checking and Setting Up the WooCommerce Cart

• Check the correctness of the cart operation, order placement, and order recording in the admin panel.

• Check:

  • the display of products in the cart,

  • calculation of delivery/taxes,

  • coupon operation (if any),

  • the checkout page,

  • redirects after order placement.

• Ensure that order statuses are updated correctly.

2.2. Checking the InPost Module

The integration has already been completed via API, but verification is required.

The specialist must:

• Check the API keys and their relevance.

• Check the correctness of the module connection in WooCommerce → Shipping → InPost.

• Check:

  • label generation,

  • availability of pickup points (Paczkomaty),

  • transmission of the parcel number,

  • correct updating of statuses.

• Ensure that the customer sees the choice of InPost point at checkout.

• Ensure that the module works correctly with the latest version of WooCommerce.

2.3. Checking and Setting Up Online Payment Autopay - payments coming from clients

2.4. Restoring the Sending of Email Notifications about Orders

Previously, emails were received, now they are not. Required:

• Check the settings of WooCommerce → Emails.

• Check if the notifications "New Order" are enabled.

• Check the correctness of the sender and recipient email.

• Check the operation of the wp_mail() function on the hosting.

• Check SMTP:

  • if not configured - configure via a plugin (WP Mail SMTP or similar),

  • if configured - check authorization/password/port.

• Perform a test send.

2.5. Final Testing

After making corrections, the specialist must test:

• order placement (full cycle from cart → email → InPost → payment → admin panel),

• receipt of email by the entrepreneur and the client,

• operation of InPost and Autopay together,

• correct operation on mobile devices.
