Setting up the ACF plugin for WordPress

I am looking for a specialist who is well-versed in WordPress, particularly with the ACF plugin (I am interested in deep knowledge, not just someone who has installed it a couple of times and created fields).
Task
There is a website https://hostingi.net.ua/, on the main page of which a list of hosting providers is displayed. The site is built on Elementor.
For each provider, a separate page has been created.
The block shown below in the screenshot is displayed both on the main page of the site and on the provider's page. The data highlighted in red are template blocks that are the same for each provider, but the data in them is unique to each provider.
Currently, one group of ACF fields has been created, which is responsible for the data in these blocks. The data is pulled from additional fields, but there is no binding to any provider, i.e., the binding is simply to the fields. And when these blocks are displayed on the frontend on the provider's page, the data is present, but on the main page or any other, it is just empty fields.
The question is the following - is it possible to bind the existing group of fields to each provider's page so that unique data is displayed, without the need to create a separate group of fields for each provider?
If such an opportunity exists - we will work together, if not - the question is closed.
