We rent a server through ikoula, on which Windows Server is installed.
We connect via remote access and use the server to work with software.
For some reason, our server has been blocked for the third time. I have attached a screenshot of the error in the file. In the first two instances, I restarted the server and it worked. Now it doesn't work.
What is needed:

Здравствуйте! По описанию вижу корень проблемы: учётка блокируется не из-за ваших пользователей, а потому что RDP открыт в интернет и его круглосуточно брутфорсят боты, срабатывает Account Lockout Policy. Перезагрузка раньше "помогала" лишь потому, что за время ребута истекал срок блокировки; сейчас атака лочит учётку быстрее.
для начала:
- диагностика журналы событий (Security, события 4625), аудит источников блокировки
- закрыть RDP за VPN (WireGuard), снаружи порт 3389 закрыть полностью, атаки физически перестают доходить
далее:
- персональные учётные записи вместо общей + корректная Lockout Policy.
- одновременная работа 15 человек: по умолчанию Windows даёт только 2 RDP-сессии, для 15 нужен RDS + лицензии CAL (легально и стабильно), но это + в ваш бюджет.
В итоге блокировки уходят, доступ остаётся стабильным и защищённым.
