На сервере находится 5 сайтов.
Так же настроен сервис https://www.cloudflare.com/
В последнее время часто возникает ошибка 504 на всех сайта.

Нужно или перенастроить сервис (бесплатный паркет) или отключить его. Ну или ваш вариант.

Причина возникновения такой ошибки - недоступность сервера либо конкретного сайта на сервере. Нужно проводить диагностику в такие моменты, например, работает ли сайт напрямую, есть ли доступ к серверу в этот момент и так далее.
Помогу провести диагностику и устранить (если возможно будет) либо подсказать, что нужно будет сделать у хостера. Обращайтесь.
