Looking for a TikTok specialist. Need to create and set up an account for the USA/UK (or another country with Creator Rewards support) so that it is ready for growth. Only interested in legal and effective methods, without gray tactics that lead to quick bans. Experience in launching such accounts and case studies is preferred.

It is necessary to set up advertising on Instagram for a furniture and equipment rental service for parties and events in Kyiv. I'm looking for an advertising buyer/media buyer for a short test. The channel is new (currently 150 subscribers), and the theme is news and the war in Ukraine. There is no time for promotion. What needs to be done: Create 2–3 variants of clickable bait posts (creatives). Set up work through a closed link (submission of applications). Select several "live" Ukrainian channels for testing (check them through TGStat). Negotiate with the admins and monitor the release of the ads.
