So we have a connection with eSpunik. Various triggers are set up on eSpunik to send notifications via email or messengers to visitors. Here is one of the triggers that needs to be configured, but there are also other similar tasks.

What needs to be done

It is necessary to set up the transmission of data about abandoned browsing to the Esputnik.com system.

Logic: if a user viewed products but did not add them to the cart, did not purchase, and left, it is necessary to send the last products they viewed (up to 6 items). The event should be transmitted 1 hour (recommended time, another interval can be chosen) after the user session ends.

Required parameters in the event:

eventTypeKey – this is the string identifier of the event type.

keyValue – event key;

params – event parameters that can be used in the scenario.

Mandatory format – array {"name": "email", "value": "customer's email"}.

email – The method of transmitting the user's email is determined on your side. As an option, it can be taken from the page code. This can be a hidden block displaying the user's email (when they logged in to the site).

url - link to the product

name – product name (screenshot)

price – current price

tags_oldprice – old price (if there is no discount on the product and no old price, then this parameter should transmit the value 0)

imageurl - link to the product image
