Честно говоря, с таким обьемом редактированияконтента и изменения которые нужно добавить, легче и дешевле было б сделать просто на конструкторе, по сути у Вас весь контент должен редактироваться.

Вы не поверите, но это нормально когда весь контент редактируется, для этого и придумали ЦМС, а не чтоб криворукие ублюдки после трехмесячных курсов пихали все в файлы шаблона, а потом за ними кто-то переделывал.
Еще кстати по секрету вам скажу что должна быть поддержка перевода который даже опытные специалисты пренебрегают
