This task can be simplified and implemented at a small cost. I offer you a Bluetooth device with 20 switching outputs without feedback that will work on any platform (with any device: PC, smartphone and even Smart TV) using standard drivers.
So, you will have low-cost Bluetooth device with 20 triggered lines without feedback.
If the customer agrees to some simplifications (in the TZ, by the way, is not indicated the need to display the status of each device), then I can implement it.
A full-fledged system with feedback and drivers under different platforms will be really expensive and will need upgrades in the future. So other freelancers are even more divine to you.
