The logo should reflect the reliability, innovation, professionalism, and technological approach of the company, and be versatile for use on the website, documentation, advertising materials, special equipment, and corporate products.

We are looking for a senior Brand Identity Designer or branding studio to lead a complete visual identity redesign for an established B2B technology consulting and business process automation company. The company works with mid-sized and enterprise organizations across Western Europe, the United States, and Ukraine, helping clients structure complex business processes and implement enterprise CRM and workflow automation solutions. The goal of the project is to reposition the company visually from a traditional CRM integrator and technical implementation vendor toward a mature, internationally relevant technology and business transformation partner. Looking to develop a cohesive and scalable visual identity system, potentially including: • Primary logo and supporting logo variations • Color system • Typography system • Visual language The future website will be designed separately. However, the identity system developed through this project must provide a strong visual foundation that a future web design team can build upon without redefining the brand direction. We expect the process to begin with research and discovery, followed by the exploration of distinct creative territories or moodboard directions. The technological aspect of the brand ("Molecular Growth") should be emphasized through modern, flat vector graphics derived from the symbol (molecular bonds), without the use of 3D effects or photorealistic collages.2. Logo usage rules This section should contain comprehensive technical instructions for working with the existing symbol: Main and additional versions: Horizontal (main from the file), vertical (if permissible for composition), monochrome (black and white), and inverse (reverse for application on dark backgrounds). Provide a cut-out (slots) on the internal flap for attaching a standard business card (90x50 mm or 85x55 mm). Provide a vector layout overlaid on the standard stamp of the company's die-cut.3.6. Commercial printing Price lists / Tabular materials: Develop a design system for presenting large arrays of tabular data that ensures high readability. Create styles for table headings (for example, using a dark blue block with white (inverse) corporate font).
