We need a Senior developer to upgrade our current Agro FInance tools (Mainly XLS for now)

BFC (bfconsulting.com) is working in the field of consuting for Agro Finance for more than 10 years. Through this year we developed a few tools aiming at supporting banks in the process of disbursing loans to farmers. In details, we have been producing the following tools:

- Agro Tech Card. These are the details list of agricultural inputs to be used by farmers in one specific area for one specific type of culture. This information is being used in the process of business analysis prior to giving a loan to the farmer. For now these tech cards are Excel based which is not convenient for integration with existing systems of the banks or other systems. We want to put this tool in the cloud and develop a clean API for it to become a more usable resource.

- Agro Resume. The forms to be filled by credit agent with farmer detailed information. It includes business logic connected to Techcard data and scoring system and it gives an opinion on the loan application based on data collected. These Resumes can be designed in the MasterAPS (see next section), but the process is quite time consuming for now. We want to bring these Resume to the cloud with a good API to enable easier integration of this resource with any system

- MasterAPS/Loan origination System. This system allows banks to manage the flow of loan application in their organization. The workflow can be configured for each product and user accounts created for each staff involved in the loan application and review process. This system is webbased, but has been developed quite a while ago. We would need to upgrade/rebuilt it according to modern standards and create a good API for this solution for it to integrate with Loan Resume and Agro tech Cards.

The first step of development of this project would be to move our resume to the cloud and ensure they integrate smoothly with our existing APS system. For this, we are open to see the resume system as fully part of the APS or as an external system developed through using for example google sheets and integrating with the APS through an API.

We want to build long term relationship with a developer interested in what we are doing and ready if things go well to get deeper ownership on the technological part of our activities.  In addition to this project, BFC has several other motivating technology related initiatives where we will be looking for technical talents.

In addition we want to mention that our areas of operations are mainly in Eastern Europe and CIS, as such being located in these areas would be a plus for us.
