Здравствуйте. Знание Android SDK предполагает основательные знания C/C++ и умение делать кросскомпиляцию. Кстати которая возможно только в линуксе. Ну и понимания что куда и в какое время необходимо писать в мэйках. Я таким занимался пару лет назад, тогда это все делалось вручную. То есть ручная правка готового Android Studio проекта. И очень сомневаюсь что там хоть что-то в лучшую сторону изменилось
