Greetings! The rejection for "Aiding Dishonest Activities" is classic for this niche. Google is currently automatically triggered by any semantics related to reputation and reviews, interpreting it as an attempt to manipulate public opinion. Standard appeals here do not work; they only send the account into an eternal ban along with the domain and payment methods.
Gray niches require a comprehensive approach to warming up and masking, not just changing a couple of words in ads.
Here’s how I propose to solve this issue so that the campaign finally takes off:
Full audit of the landing page: Google parses the site deeper than it seems. We need to remove or replace all direct trigger words, rephrase offers to fit a maximally "white" format (for example, reputation management, SERM, feedback audit, marketing). The client on the site will understand what it’s about, and the moderation bot will pass by.
Cleaning semantics and ads: We will gather a clean core without obvious stop words in keywords and headlines. We will launch carefully, through low-frequency queries, so that the account first gains trust (trust index).
Technical preparation (if the old domain is banned): If Google has already blacklisted your domain, we will have to set up a mirror, change hosting, and use clean proxies/payment cards that have not been flagged in blocked accounts. I have a proven scheme for preparing such "expenses".
Proper submission of appeals: If the account is already blocked, I know which formulations and legal loopholes in support can be used to try to retrieve the account if the domain's trust is not completely destroyed yet.
I do not promise that we will launch in 5 minutes, because gray topics require careful "warming up" of accounts. But creating a stable flow of leads without constant drops is absolutely a realistic task.
Let’s take a closer look at what you have now: is the account old or just created? And if possible, please send me a link to the site and examples of the ads that were rejected. I will check where exactly the bot triggered and suggest specific steps.
