Важно чтобы мобильная версия сайта было в зеленном зоне по Google PageSpeed Insights.

Оставить от шаблона только то, что нужно это не проблема, все остальное отключим
Для мобильной версии можем еще сделать кеширование и сжатие изображений, тогда будет вообще летать

Добрый вечер, работаю по созданию шаблонов не только для wordpress.
Хотелось бы обсудить в первую очередь какой у вас имеется шаблон (если имеется ).
Если делать будем шаблон с ноля то нужно в первую очередь делать пустым ( Пусты в том плане что все скрипты которые НУЖНЫ будут и всё по максимум ставить по отдельным папкам что бы не грузили трафик)
А сайт который вы нам скинули в качестве примера он грузится очень долго, + у него стоит Memcached и он не правильно настроен.
