The first task is to create the skeleton of the game, layout the entire UI, set up all transitions and settings, and implement an offline version. I can provide the ready code from another similar project to simplify the work. The next tasks will be integration with the API and adding animations (animations are not ready yet). 

Technology stack - Pixi, Construct or similar. (Not Unity!)

Also, it is necessary to be able to work with - Spine, After Effects, Figma
