в век когда копии сайтов стали нормой порой самописные образцы сайтов наследуют структуру WP/OcStore/Bitrix и прочих и глянув в код ничего не поймешь за 30 секунд. сервисы, которые определяют CMS иногда ошибаются, выдают ошибки анализа или вовсе ставят в очередь на определение CMS
поэтому на быстрый вопрос "какая cms" можно также быстро ответить, чтобы сэкономить и ваше и наше время. -

я про psi и gtmetrix
psi только с 7 попытки мне выдал результат. gtmetrix так и не показал. -
