New "Price" calculation method implementation at Shopify backend
What is now (Screenshot_1):
"Price" - manually or through the import/export tool
"Barcode" - it is entered manually or through the import/export tool.Work as “Box quantity”
The calculation is made according to the following formula:
The price per sq.ft. = “Price” / “Barcode” (Box quantity)
The price per sq.ft. Show only on the frontend page of the product.

What you need to get:
The new formula
“Price” = “Box quantity” x “Price per sq.ft.”
“Box quantity” and “Price per sq,ft.”The values must be entered manually or through the import/export tool.
It’s better if it’s a new block like “Pricing” or “Inventory”
On the frontend page of the product, the values of the fields “Price”, “Box quantity” and “Price per sq,ft.”should be displayed as it is now (screenshot_2)
This method of calculation should only apply(!)Flooring & Carpet Products
(All -> Hardware -> Building materials -> Flooring & Carpet)
The new code needs to be written as a separate block and not conflict with updates or Shopify original code.All new code must be commented on in detail in case if another developer will be making changes later.If new code is deleted it should not affect the basic functionality of the Shopify engine.

Указанным вами способом данную проблему решить невозможно. Shopify не позволяет кастомизировать свои опции в товарах, а GTIN, вес и другие параметры будут вам нужны для настройки Google Products например.
Не проще ли поставить приложение которое создает кастомные продуктовые опции, или в крайнем случае задавать отдельную стоимость для отдельного SKU? -
