Довольно тривиальный парсер, но возможно придеться использовать как открытое API так и парсить данные напрямую со страниц в соц сетях.
Ожидаемый срок 7-10 дней. Развертывание на сервере не нужно. Если есть возможность – прикрепите к посту ссылки или исходники node.js проектов, а так же ориентировочную вилку за проект.

Единственный только нюанс, что не все соц сети дают открытое API, потому срок указан только за открытые. В 10 дней точно должны управиться.

Нет, наверное надо чуть добавить пояснений в ТЗ. Нужно парсить соц сети по конкретным ссылкам. Пример внизу документа, есть проект у него есть 7 ссылок на страницы в соц сетях, в том числе страница на фейсбуке, вот эту страницу и нужно парсить раз в 12-24 часа. Нагрузка минимальная всего проектов будет не больше 80, что означает не больше 80 запросов к 80 разным страницам фейсбука в течении 24 часов
