Details:
1. Pictures for vacancies:
•We have 120 unique pictures, each corresponding to a specific vacancy.
•Each picture has its unique code (for example, #1, #2, #3, ..., #120).
•The file names of the pictures correspond to their codes (for example, 1.jpg, 2.jpg, ..., 120.jpg).
•When the admin writes the text of the vacancy, he specifies the code of the picture (for example, #44 for the packer).
•The bot automatically inserts the picture with the corresponding code into the post.
2. Working with posts:
•The admin sends the bot the text of the vacancy, for example:

•The bot publishes the post+picture in the channel.
•From the channel, the post is forwarded to the chat.
Picture database:
◦All pictures must be uploaded to the bot's database.
◦The file names correspond to their codes (for example, 1.jpg, 2.jpg, ..., 120.jpg). (this is available)
◦The bot must quickly find the picture by the specified code.
4. Adding new pictures:
•When the button is pressed, the admin can upload new pictures (for example, 121.jpg, 122.jpg).
The bot must allow the admin to specify the ID of the channel and chat for posting and forwarding posts.
