the bot will be needed for 10 chats, a total of about 2500-4000 messages in the chats possible per day
a total of 400 banned words will be there, later it will be increased to 600 I think
Adding new banned words can be done in the chat in a list format
Importantly, it is necessary not just to ban the user, but to make it so they cannot send messages (but can see the chat) so that they have "you are forbidden to send messages" (system message from tg)
