I can create a bot that will delete messages containing keywords. The bot will have the ability to add a list of negative words with the command /namebot add words, where you can add 50-100 words at a time. There will also be a command /namebot cancel to remove all negative words.
Additionally, if a user writes a negative word, they will be restricted from writing in the chat and will have their notifications muted. The function to check the number of messages per day will allow limiting the user in messages if they exceed the set limit.
For a total volume of about 2500-4000 messages per day across 10 chats, I will add about 400-600 lines of negative words, with the possibility of adding new ones in a list.
