We are looking for a DevOps specialist to set up and optimize the infrastructure of websites and services hosted on VPS. The work is expected to be in the format of temporary project collaboration with payment based on the amount of tasks completed. Main tasks: *Setting up CI/CD pipelines for automatic deployment of projects (Git push → server) *Server security configuration (SSH, firewall, fail2ban, updates, hardening) *Infrastructure optimization for scalability (load balancing, fault tolerance — at the VPS level) *Basic work with MySQL servers (backups, configuration, monitoring) Technology stack: *VPS hosting (Linux: Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS — of your choice) *MySQL *Git (preferably GitLab or GitHub) *CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions — under discussion) *Docker: not mandatory at this stage, but experience with setup for future tasks (microservices) is welcome Requirements: *2–3 years of DevOps experience *Confident knowledge of Linux, Bash *Experience setting up CI/CD for PHP/monolithic applications *Server security configuration skills *Experience working with MySQL as an administrator Independence and responsibility: work without constant supervision, but with reporting Conditions: *Remote project work *Flexible schedule *Piecework payment (volume of tasks and rate are discussed at the start) *Communication: Telegram, Email, Zoom *Access to servers via SSH will be provided
