Web Design — incorrectly specified categories?

Design home page for shopify site. Our organization is looking for a designer to hand draw images and post it to our site. You will need to design a page in photoshop or any other editor and once its approved, slice it and post it into our shopify theme. Only home page.
You have to be able to integrate your graphics with current theme we are using on Shopify - FOCAL ACCESSORIES. In this theme, parts of the home page can be created as pages in shopify and added as parts. Your graphics must fit with current color: #54D7E3. Images you create must be small in size, load fast and optimized jpgs. Fonts must be google fonts. Minified javascript and css. Must not return errors when running page speed test.
