это не ерунда, начинающие фрилансеры должны понимать, что оплата, которую вы предлагаете - унизительна. так что мои сообщения направлены исключительно на исполнителей. для этого и предусмотрена функция обсуждения. открытость и демократичность этой биржы - главные ее достоинства.
4грн за 1000 символов - унизительная ставка за уникальный копирайт.
