For low-quality videos, I use a combined method: first, I do pre-processing (removing noise using Remove Grain), then I combine Roto Brush 3.0 with manual refinement using masks on keyframes. To ensure the object does not look cut out, I always apply Light Wrap and adjust the edges (Edge Refinement) so that they blend organically into the new background. I am ready to take a look at the source and create a test fragment.
