Как я понимаю, вам не столько важно знать дату регистрации аккаунта. Вы хотели бы понять то, насколько данный пользователь является реальным и активным. Если это так, могу предложить свое решение данной проблемы. Необходимо сосчитать количество комментариев под постами, лайки и количество самих постов. На выходе должно получаться простое значение, с которым можно будет очень легко работать.
