Нужно:
После заполнения заявления под кнопкой ОТПРАВИТЬ ЗАЯВЛЕНИЯ в случае успешной отправки аяксом появлялся нужный мне текст, например так - "Ваше заявления успешно отправлено. В течении 5 минут вы получите на свой email копию заявления в формате PDF, который сможете сохранить на свой ПК или распечатать, а так же мы Вам выслали логин и пароль для доступа к сайту."
И соответственно чтобы на почту приходила копия заявления в формате PDF заявителю.
