Нужна программа на Python

Мне очень нужна помощь. Мне нужна программа для Windows на Python.
Она должна определять семантическую близость двух предложение. Желательно использовать google word2vec library. Текст это новостные статьи. Их предоставлю.
В текстовое поле будут загружаться тексты из файлов, потом программа должна сравнивать по два предложения между собой и выводить синонимичные в виде списка.
Все должно быть с графическим интерфейсом.
Я Python знаю на уровне новичка, и не могу сама справиться.
Программа нужна до 21 октября в виде бета-версии, главное чтобы выполняла основную функцию, а именно находила синонимичные предложения. И до ноября-декабря нужна будет полностью рабочая программа.
Рассмотрю все варианты и цены.

Я могу помочь с программой. У меня есть опьіт в обработке текста (text processing) на Python. Для GUI испозую Tkinter.
С основньім функционалом программьі все ясно. GUI нужно обсудить детальней.
