Ось так має виглядати перехід інформації (це за рекомендацією людей, які налаштовують нам CRM). Це окремі (від. старого розробника бота) люди. Наразі бот контактує зі старою CRM (pipedrive), або не контактує взагалі(точно не знаю, можу уточнити, але думаю по коду буде видно (?))
