Тут было бы хорошо полностью код проекта смотреть. Если ранее это работало - то возможно вспомните какие новые модули ставили. Возможно что-то перезаписало модель, так как обращение идет к несуществующему методу.
Либо же не под ту версию опенкарта, что навряд ли.
