Need to fix statistics (Dashboard) [ Python Django ]

Product description:
We have developed a Dashboard system for service centers and tire balancers. In other words, the technicians have a mobile application. Through the mobile application, they register tires via a scanner and their requests go to the admin panel. When the moderator accepts the order, the technicians receive bonuses. Then these bonuses can be exchanged for real money. In general, the product is for marketing purposes to attract technicians to install our tires.
Task:
When registering a technician, we specify which region and city the technician belongs to. Now that we have several technicians, we want to see the statistics of the city. For example, the city of Kyiv has a total balance of technicians, total spent amount, and the total bonuses of technicians in Kyiv. Do you understand?
But the statistics are currently not working correctly. It shows incorrect statistics. I will show you now. Look at the image below.
Now, look, here is the city of Kokand and the Total bonuses: 20,000 and Remaining bonuses: 40,000. Now further.
This technician is from the city of Kokand. He currently has bonuses of 386,000.
Do you understand the problem? The technician from Kokand has bonuses of 386,000, but the statistics show different numbers.
