Раньше база стояла на другом менее мощном сервере и работала в разы быстрее чем сейчас. С момента создания базы более года назад никаких профилактических работ по базе не проводилось. Пробовали ставить на другие машины - все летает. Пробовали переставлять сам MsSQL - не помогает
