Сразу банит сайт. Много разных пробовал VPN не помогали. Только VPN клиент помог но скорость так себе была.

Яка у вас конфігурація мережі? Якщо зовнішній IP не статичний, може бути достатньо змінити MAC на роутері, і після перезавантаження провайдер видасть новий зовнішній IP

В мене динамічний. Я перезавантажував. Чекав 10 хв . Всеодно той самий ip . Дзвонив провайдеру. Вони теж кажуть що динамічни і питаю то чому ж не змінюється вони мені щось про нат почали втирати. Так нічого і не зрозумів. Питаю нічого не можна зробити. Вони кажуть ні. Відчуваю що брешуть))

Вам треба MAC-адресу роутера змінити, тоді вам мають інший IP видати (бо роутер буде сприйматись мережею як інший). Подивіться в налаштуваннях, десь має бути такий пункт. Зазвичай можна клонувати MAC-адресу машини, з якої заходите на інтерфейс роутера

Якщо не спрацює, спробуйте проксі. Я купував кілька адрес на Webshare - якість не найкраща, зате дешево 🙂. З фейсбуком працювали добре.
